Dried Yellowfoot Chanterelle


This member of the Chanterelle family grows throughout the winter and is a lesser known diamond in the rough. The Yellowfoot Chanterelle is the easiest of all the wild mushrooms to rehydrate. The dried form is perfect to use in soups or to go with game dishes, buttery sauces, or with eggs.

Less meaty than the golden chanterelle, with a texture that is soft and moist.

Dried Yellowfoot rehydrates more easily than any other variety of wild mushroom. Soak in water for 5-10 minutes, or just drop directly into your soup as you are cooking.
